Can I book to attend just one day of the conference?

The registration fee covers both days of the conference. Due to how our ticketing system works we are not able to offer a registration option to attend just one day of the event, or for attendance at the evening sessions only.

We are happy for you to make your own arrangements to share tickets but regret we cannot assist in making these arrangements. Please note that Monday 1st May is a bank holiday in the UK.

How will seats be allocated?

Royal Albert Hall

Seating in the Royal Albert Hall will be allocated on a first come, first served basis within the tired ticketing section you have selected. A group will be allocated seats together dependent on the area of seats selected. You can register for a group by adding new delegates to an existing booking at any time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that groups who book separately will be allocated seats together.

HTB Brompton Road

Your E-Ticket will not include an allocated seat, therefore seating in the HTB Brompton Road venue will be on a first come, first served basis on both days of the conference.
