Findings and recommendations report

An evidence-based overview of how people interact with Alpha, and how we can make that experience even better.

The report is a summary of findings that explore the behaviour and needs of Alpha users all around the globe. Initially put together in partnership with Sift Digital in 2017, the report collates and analyses data gathered in a variety of qualitative and quantitative ways – and recommends how we can respond to best achieve our goals.
